It’s that time of year where we celebrate not only the 4th of July but our country’s Independence!

It’s the holiday for parades, carnivals, concerts and perfect time for barbecues, gathering with friends and family at picnics, barbecues, the beach and, of course FIREWORKS ? ?.

If you’re looking for somewhere to see the fireworks near you here is s a list of just a few of the fireworks displays taking place over the next few days!

July 2nd

ORANGE: The 2017 Orange Independence Day Concert and Fireworks Spectacular will be held at the Orange Fairgrounds, 525 Orange Center Road, with a fireworks display at 9:30 p.m. Rain date is July 3rd.

July 3rd

MADISON: There will be a fireworks display around 9:30 p.m. at the waterfront area off West Wharf Beach. main public viewing locations are from Surf Club Park, East Wharf Beach and West Wharf Beach.  Rain date is July 7.

MERIDEN: A fireworks display will light up Hubbard Park. Fireworks begin between ,9 -9:15 p.m.

WEST HAVEN: Savin Rock’s Fireworks Spectacular will launch a fireworks display from Bradley Point at 9 p.m. Rain date is July 5.

July 4th

NEW HAVEN: New Haven’s annual fireworks show will take place at East Rock Park around 9 p.m.

July 8th

GUILFORD: The Community Fireworks will be held Guilford Green & Fairgrounds from 7 to 10 p.m.).
