Preschool classes and play & learn groups are offered at the Family Resource Center at Indian Neck School for children who are residents of Branford. The historic Owenego Inn is a family run beach and tennis club on Linden Avenue right on Long Island Sound with five hundred feet of direct waterfront views. It is a popular place just for beach goers but for its wonderful catering facility specializing in elegant summer weddings.
This area features of the most beautiful Victorian style homes along Linden Avenue with unobstructed views of Long Island Sound. Cottages, vacation and year round homes fill the tree lined streets and inlet coves throughout the neighborhood.
Residents enjoy hiking along the trails of the Pawson Park Marsh Wildlife area overlooking the Branford River. Boat, yacht or sail along Indian Neck or venture in the neighboring Thimble Islands and waterways into Long Island Sound
