December saw a total of 44 single family homes, condominiums and townhouses sell. The median sales price for houses that sold during the month of December in New Haven was $172,000 compared to $166,900 during November 2017 and $141,000 in December 2016.
The number of single family homes that sold in New Haven was 26 in December 2017 vs. 35 in November 2017 and 35 that sold in December 2016.
