The median sales price for New Haven Homes for Sale was $269,900 in June 2016 compared to $165,000 during May 2016 and $179,000 for June 2015.

43 homes sold in New Haven during the month of June which is 20 more than the 23 that sold in May 2016 and 1 more than sold in June 2015.

For the month of June 29 new listings hit the market.  There are 26 New Haven Homes for Sale that went under contract in June 2016 which represents 19.3% of the overall available inventory of 135 homes.
