New Haven Housing Prices Increase Month Over Month

Here’s a look at the New Haven CT Real Estate Market February 2019.

February saw a total of 21 single family homes, condominiums and townhouses sell.

The median sales price for houses that sold during the month of February in New Haven was $190,000 compared to $133,500 during January 2019 and $173,000 in February 2018. The decrease in the median sales prices month over month was due to the sale of a number of distressed properties. 

The number of single family homes that sold in New Haven was 15 in February 2019 vs.18 in January 2019 and 21 that sold in February 2018.
